Welcome to Nikola Mizgier, a graduate student in the BBS program!

We are excited to welcome BBS graduate student Christine Goglia to the Adelman lab!

Apoorva has already received a fellowship to support his postdoctoral studies! Congratulations on receiving the Walter Benjamin Fellowship from the German Research Foundation!

Eileen is now officially Dr. Eileen Ablondi! She very successfully defended her thesis on July 12!

The Adelman lab is steadily growing! We're really happy to have Chen join our team as a research assistant! Chen did her undergrad at the University of Maryland, and obtained a Master's degree at Georgetown.

Welcome to Apoorva, who just joined the Adelman lab as a postdoctoral fellow! Apoorva comes to us from Germany, where he recently obtained his PhD from the University of Wuerzburg, where he worked in the lab of Elmar Wolf.

Piero Espinel is the newest person to strengthen our team and we're so happy to have him! Piero recently graduated from Northeastern University and is joining our lab as a Research Assistant.

Congratulations to Chad, who was just awarded an NIH F31 fellowship! This fellowship will support his investigation of the Integrator complex.

We're happy to welcome Karla Martinez Nevarez to the lab! Karla is a graduate student in the BBS program, and previously graduated from UC Santa Cruz. In our lab, she will be studying premature termination in the context of external stimuli.

Congratulations to postdoc Ben Martin, who was awarded a Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. Looking forward to seeing your cool project develop!
